Grace & Henry had a beautiful Church wedding in Iken, Woodbridge, Suffolk followed by The Reception which was held at family home in a sailcloth tent overlooking river Alde. The views were breathtaking!
Grace & Henry live in London and both have busy lives. The needed an experienced planner to support them with their wedding journey and bring a network of fantastic suppliers together to ensure a perfect wedding day.
The wedding was sophisticated and stylish but with a relaxed feel. A fabulous summer wedding with great vibes and great people.
Relaxed elegance by the river
This was a very stylish wedding with fun elements added throughout the day. It had beautiful views over the River Alde for the reception drinks with an oyster meister and roaming band adding to the fun atmosphere.
We had a large sail cloth tent for the remaining part of the wedding. The wedding breakfast was styled beautifully with a soft pink and coral colour palette. Relaxed elegance with little details that gave a nod to Grace growing up by the sea and her love for the water. There was a Live band in the evening creating the most incredible disco scene. The dance floor was full throughout the whole night!

I had lots of fun bringing this wedding together and boy did I get my steps in! The people, the view, the setting…. Everything about this wedding was beautiful and it was an honour to be a part of the day.
The next day I returned to help with the de rig. It was great fun chatting to the family and hearing stories from the day before. The feedback from the wedding day was amazing and I was so pleased all involved had a fabulous time.
Bespoke Full Planning and Coordination
Grace & Henry booked LMW for bespoke full planning and coordination. The couple had already done a fantastic job of sourcing some key suppliers, but there were still a few outstanding ones to find. With both Grace and Henry in busy jobs, they needed to bring an experienced wedding planner on board to take the reins of the planning.
As the wedding took place at the family home, I was very keen to ensure the whole family were able to switch off on the wedding day and to not have to worry about anything. They all had a brilliant day and knew everything was in safe hands with LMW.
